Tharavadu Heritage Home is located in an old bungalow, more than 120 years old, by the side of the river which leads to the Vembanad Lake. The bungalow set on three acres of lush greenery was converted to a modern resort.
The resort, with its homely atmosphere, has wonderful accommodation and provides facilities for backwater cruises, boating and Ayurvedic massages. While vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is easily available at the resort, kitchen facilities are provided on request.
The resort has its own farm within the grounds of the property where swans, ducks, pigeons, fish and lots more can be seen.
